Information handled

How the information is used

To run and improve the game, deliver and measure advertising, process purchases, and keep the App stable and secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising choices & consent

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we present a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options in the App. You can also reset your Advertising ID in your device settings.

Children

VaultSpark is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under the GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Because the App does not tie data to your identity, we may ask for information to locate any records.

Data retention

Local game data remains until you delete it (via Settings → Delete local progress) or uninstall the App. Advertising and analytics data are retained by our providers per their own policies.

Third-party services

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
